Beyond Elite Diamonds was established by founder Infinity McCasling, whose heart has always been rooted in two things: youth and dance. In 2016, she began working with young girls in Greenville, North Carolina, creating a safe and empowering space where they could express their emotions through dance without fear of judgment.

Born from a passion to serve young girls in some of Greenville’s most underserved urban communities, Beyond Elite Diamonds was created with the belief that talent exists everywhere — sometimes it simply needs an outlet, guidance, and someone willing to believe. Through dance, mentorship, discipline, and sisterhood, our dancers are encouraged to release past hurt, overcome trauma, break generational cycles, and rise above the stigmas often placed on them by society.

In 2026, Beyond Elite Diamonds became a nonprofit organization, opening the door for even more opportunities to serve youth and help them flourish both on and off the dance floor. As part of this growth, our dancers participate in outreach programs, partner with community organizations, and take part in meaningful community service and service-learning experiences. These opportunities teach them the importance of leadership, compassion, responsibility, and giving back to the very communities that helped shape them.

Beyond Elite Diamonds is more than a dance team. It is a movement built to help young girls discover their confidence, embrace their gifts, and understand that they are valuable, powerful, and capable of greatness. Our mission is to provide a positive outlet where every Diamond has the opportunity to grow, glow, and go — growing through life’s challenges, glowing in their purpose, and going forward boldly into the future they deserve.
